• Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders

Key responsibilities
- Completion of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintenance of accurate accounting records
- Adherence to CASS rules through monitoring and reconciliation of Client Money accounts
- Oversight of Client Money reconciliations completed by third party administrators
- Production of monthly Client Money and Asset Return to FCA
- Cash balance monitoring and reporting in accordance with internal policies
- Management of foreign currency balances
- Collation and input of electronic bank transfers through the relevant banking systems
- Administration of new bank account set-ups
- Maintain signatories and mandates of existing bank accounts
- Knowledge of the cash flows around the Group and their relation to business changes
