Build and own backend and frontend features using Java and Angular, from design through deployment. Manage technical programs from initiation through delivery, coordinating engineering, product, clients, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Build client trust, identify and pitch business opportunities, translate technical work into value, and improve program management processes. The role requires technical depth, ownership, independent execution, project delivery experience, and client-facing or sales experience. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence is beneficial.

Develop and maintain full-stack software using Node.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Responsibilities include test-driven development, clean coding, frequent releases, pair programming, peer reviews, feature development, infrastructure, and DevOps pipeline ownership. The role requires Agile and Extreme Programming experience, continuous deployment, server configuration, source control, bug tracking, documentation, and ongoing technical learning. This is a remote position with periodic company gatherings and retreats.
