Lead design and delivery of scalable Databricks-based data pipelines and lakehouse architectures. Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows with PySpark, dbt and SQL, drive migration from Teradata, ensure data quality and performance, champion CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and partner with analytics, data science and business stakeholders to deliver reusable data products that enable reporting, analytics and AI.

Lead a small TA operations team, manage recruitment vendors and global TA budget, drive AI/automation and process improvements, ensure governance and cross-functional alignment, and deliver TA transformation and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics technology projects including data products, platform enhancements, integrations, and analytics.
