Entry-level, temporary-to-hire role managing day-to-day customer accounts. Coordinate forecasts, quotes, shipments, and cross-functional activities with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality. Support commercial operations, ERP/CRM data, reporting, and process improvements while building customer relationships and supply-chain experience.

Lead accounting, tax, audit, and financial reporting; manage month/quarter/year-end close, internal controls, cost accounting and inventory, cash forecasting, external audits, and cross-functional payroll/benefits reporting. Build and lead the accounting team and provide financial insights to executive leadership.
