Provide legal and regulatory guidance for Hostinger products by assessing risks, reviewing new features, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, developing internal compliance procedures, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure lawful, business-friendly solutions in hosting, domains, and related areas.

Lead and manage the Indonesian SysAdmin team for web hosting, splitting time between hands-on technical work and team leadership. Own monitoring shift coordination (not personally on-call), ensure uptime, drive automation/deployment, analyze and optimize system performance, coach and hire teammates, and collaborate with international SysAdmin and product teams using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible.

Design and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to drive acquisition, product adoption, and revenue expansion. Run experiments, perform market and cohort analysis, and partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to optimize offerings, bundling, and cross-sell to improve LTV and commercial outcomes.

Lead Hostinger's marketing analytics function: define strategy, run analytics projects, build and mentor a high-performing analyst team, partner with marketing leaders, prioritize delivery, and iterate on tools and ways of working to drive data-led growth across channels.

Own and execute growth strategy for a product via the affiliate channel. Lead and delegate to affiliate specialists, analyze daily metrics (CPA, Traffic, ROAS, LTV), collaborate with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams, run affiliate campaigns, participate in partner calls and events, and perform hands-on outreach to drive measurable, sustainable growth.

Own and execute pricing strategy to drive user acquisition while optimizing cohort LTV. Design and run A/B pricing experiments, implement pricing changes, manage campaign discounts, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights cross-functionally to Product, Marketing, and Finance.

Design, build, and own scalable backend systems and APIs for the Horizons platform using Node.js and TypeScript. Optimize performance, integrate third-party APIs, implement data storage solutions, ensure test coverage and observability, collaborate with frontend and product teams, and grow engineering skills toward senior-level system design and scalability.
