Lead marketing analytics strategy and execution: build and manage a high-performing analytics team, translate complex data into growth opportunities, partner with channel and product marketing leaders, prioritize analytics backlog, and iterate on team setup and tooling (including AI). Manage integrated communications to promote Hostinger as an employer of choice. Create content and media outreach, run social media and CSR initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, use data to refine messaging, and execute campaigns that showcase company culture to current and future employees.

Lead end-to-end executive search for C-suite, VP, and Head roles. Build search strategies, source and assess senior talent, manage offers and closes, coach hiring leaders, maintain pipelines, and shape an in-house executive hiring function.

Provide legal and regulatory guidance for Hostinger's products, assess legal risks, review new features, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, develop internal compliance procedures, monitor regulatory developments (e.g., DSA, DMCA), and collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-friendly legal solutions.

Partner with leadership to diagnose organizational learning needs, design and deliver strategic L&D solutions (leadership development, e-learning, workshops, cohorts), embed company principles, measure impact with data, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the company.

Lead growth for newly launched or early-stage products by running rapid experiments across acquisition and activation funnels, identifying effective channels, optimizing conversion and user journeys, testing value propositions/pricing/landing pages, and scaling successful tests into repeatable growth playbooks while partnering with product, analytics, and performance teams.
