Oversee documentation and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: maintain version-controlled submittals and logs, ensure contract compliance, coordinate with PMs, OEMs, and customers, track orders and shipments, manage billing through customer portals, produce expediting reports, implement standardized procedures, audit documentation, and train support staff to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
