Drive and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts in industrial automation. Develop new customers, manage quotations and negotiations, update CRM, coordinate with logistics and technical teams, and introduce product and technical updates to customers.

Provide internal sales support to commercial and industrial customers: take orders by phone/email, offer technical advice, follow up on quotes and deliveries, promote products and collaborate with external sales to meet branch KPIs.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow accounts in mining and natural resources, prospect and onboard new customers, manage vendor relationships, hit sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and support branch and project teams as a brand ambassador and mentor.

Lead end-to-end rollout of national customer contracts, translating agreements into project plans, managing stakeholder alignment, overseeing the National Customer Engagement Team, ensuring KPI delivery (DIFOT, cost savings, service metrics), closing implementations, and supporting customer reporting.

Drive profitable sales by building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and demonstrating electrical products, generating new business, and expanding existing accounts. Collaborate with leadership, suppliers, and internal teams to create quotes, resolve payment issues, and track market trends. Maintain records, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, participate in training, and provide high-level customer service while traveling to customer sites.

Perform warehouse tasks including loading/unloading, palletizing, sorting, verifying and recording incoming goods into AS400, preparing shipping documents, supporting sales by confirming inventory availability, and maintaining a clean organized workspace while representing the brand.
