Drive profitable sales of electrical products by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business, providing product selection and quotations, using digital tools/CRM/ERP, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, tracking market intelligence, and traveling frequently to customer sites.

Manage and grow a live portfolio of customer accounts via phone, face-to-face and email. Deliver excellent customer service, develop new business to meet branch targets, support trade counter, and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely order completion.

Provide inside sales support: handle product inquiries, maintain customer database, receive and process orders, act as liaison to field sales and project teams, deliver excellent customer service, and promote brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives.

Lead end-to-end rollout of national customer contracts, translating agreements into project plans, managing stakeholder alignment, overseeing the National Customer Engagement Team, ensuring KPI delivery (DIFOT, cost savings, service metrics), closing implementations, and supporting customer reporting.
