Partners with distributors, channel managers, application engineers, and product managers to deliver drive-based automation solutions. Requires technical sales expertise in industrial automation, drives, motion control, or related markets, with travel up to 40%.

Develops new OEM business for servo drive and motion control solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, customer discovery, technical presentations, pipeline and CRM management, sales forecasting, account expansion, channel collaboration, and closing new customers. The role partners with engineering teams, communicates technical value to stakeholders, meets sales targets, builds market expertise, and travels up to 30% for customer visits, trade shows, and training.

Design, program, configure, and commission industrial automation solutions (PLC/HMI, drives, motion control). Provide pre-sales technical support, troubleshooting, training, demos, and onsite/remote commissioning while partnering with Sales through the full project lifecycle.
