Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, GTM, and operations to ship dependable, scalable voice agents that handle inbound/outbound calls, transfers, actions, and observability across SMB and agency customers.

Lead product strategy for HighLevel Knowledge Bases and Ask AI, defining architecture, ingestion, retrieval, evaluation, permissions, observability, and commercial models. Drive cross-team platform standards, onboarding, testing datasets, and integrations so AI assistants reliably retrieve context, invoke tools/agents, execute actions, and surface auditable, safe results for multi-tenant SMB customers.

Design and scale backend systems and frontend interfaces for HighLevel Conversations, focusing on backend API design and Vue 3 UI development while ensuring performance and reliability at scale.

Lead a 10-15 engineer team to design, build, and scale the Custom Objects platform: architect distributed systems, ensure reliability and observability, ship high-quality APIs/UI integrations, hire and mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive extensibility and platform adoption.

Lead cross-functional product growth to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Define growth strategy, design growth loops and reward systems, run rigorous A/B testing and analytics, mentor product managers and growth analysts, and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to drive trial-to-paid conversion and reduce churn.

Lead the product for HighLevel's commerce operations: orders, subscriptions, transactions/ledger, inventory, taxation, coupons, gift cards, and fulfillment. Define internal accounting and public API surfaces, ensure cross-functional integration, and build composable, reliable primitives for merchant workflows and third-party accounting compatibility at scale.
