Collaborates with architects, data engineers, and business experts to support insurance use cases such as claims automation, underwriting, FNOL, and agent assistance.

Designs, deploys, and manages Azure-based API gateways and middleware integrations connecting enterprise systems. Configures API policies, security, rate limiting, caching, data transformation, routing, and message queuing workflows. Leads technical project delivery from scoping through deployment, manages integration resource allocation and workload distribution, and aligns middleware schedules with broader project milestones.

Leads Salesforce consulting and pre-sales engagements for enterprise clients. Partners with sales teams, facilitates discovery workshops, defines transformation roadmaps, architects scalable solutions, and supports proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, and executive presentations. Develops estimates, statements of work, and business cases while advising clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, financial services or insurance experience, strong communication skills, and solution architecture and consulting experience.

Lead enterprise AI-first Quality Engineering transformation initiatives, consulting engagements, market strategy, go-to-market programs, and practice expansion. Advise executive stakeholders, modernize QA organizations, and implement intelligent automation, TestOps, observability, release intelligence, and AI-native operating models. Build QE talent capabilities, partner with sales and delivery leadership, drive revenue growth, and own practice-level P&L responsibilities.

Lead strategic financial management for India and US entities, overseeing planning, budgeting, reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, compliance, transfer pricing, and cash flow. Manage multi-currency transactions, revenue recognition, banking relationships, and cross-border fund flows.
