Create 3D assets and FX in a production VFX environment using Maya (Houdini a plus). Model, texture, rig, light, render, and test composite FX; collaborate across pipeline tools and communicate effectively.

Require a BS in CS/Engineering/Mathematics, 5+ years software development with 3+ years in Java. Candidate should have experience as a technical lead (preferred) and expertise in two or more areas such as RESTful services, RDBMS, application servers, cloud development, caching, messaging, NoSQL, or real-time streaming.

Develop high-performance, transaction-oriented J2EE applications using JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB, JMS, Web Services, JDBC and XML. Work with Oracle and SQL Server on BEA WebLogic/Apache servers. Produce technical design documents, apply Java/J2EE design patterns and UML, and manage SDLC activities. Strong analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
