Serve as Cobre’s Colombian Compliance Officer and own its AML/CFT framework. Conduct counterparty due diligence, verify beneficial owners, perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening, enhance SARLAFT, SAGRILAFT, and PTEE controls, prepare compliance reports and regulatory filings, and monitor regulatory developments, typologies, and risk assessments.

Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining methodological rigor.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Cobre’s liquidity management products. Lead engineers and data scientists building real-time cash visibility, forecasting, liquidity decisioning, FX exposure, risk governance, and eventual autonomous execution. Partner with Treasury, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, banking partners, and lenders to translate financial requirements into product capabilities. Use data and AI tools to prototype, validate models, define metrics, and ship iterative solutions for high-stakes financial systems.

Design, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability. Implement IaC, observability, automation (including AI-driven auto-remediation), runbooks, capacity testing, incident management, and SRE best practices while mentoring teams and driving reliability improvements.
