The Manager oversees Claims Contact Centre operations, leads process improvements, drives change initiatives, and enhances service delivery across multiple support functions while fostering teamwork and accountability.

We are looking for full-time and part-time Physicians to assess and manage workplace injuries within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, preparing reports, and providing medical recommendations.

Provide one-on-one physiotherapy assessment and treatment within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, deliver interdisciplinary programs and FCEs, perform off-site services, collaborate with surgeons/claim owners/employers, and support specialized program teams. Maintain documentation, travel to employer worksites, and work standard weekday shifts.
