Own insolvency, legal recovery, guarantor recovery, and external agency management for commercial financing accounts. Evaluate recovery strategies, oversee collection agencies and legal vendors, manage insolvency filings and deadlines, monitor recoveries and costs, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. Partner with Collections, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external recovery professionals while mentoring internal teams and developing recovery policies, reporting, and performance standards.

Reviews financing applications, verifies business and financial information, performs credit and background checks, organizes documentation in Salesforce, prioritizes partner requests, identifies early declines, completes due diligence, tracks deal progress, and prepares agreements. The role supports underwriting and sales teams in a fast-paced remote fintech environment, requiring strong organization, accuracy, communication, computer literacy, and occasional weekend coverage.
