Develop backend infrastructure, data models, APIs, features, and core systems. The role requires consultative selling across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX, financial modeling of cloud investments, CRM proficiency, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Manage a UK&I customer renewal portfolio by analyzing usage, health metrics, and contract performance; forecasting renewal revenue and pipeline; identifying churn and growth opportunities; conducting customer renewal reviews; negotiating pricing and contract extensions; and collaborating with sales, finance, legal, customer success, and partners to maximize retention and customer lifetime value.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade data pipelines, models, and data products for Go-To-Market and revenue analytics. Drive CRM governance, sales process improvements, and customer success operations (renewals, churn, adoption). Partner cross-functionally to operationalize pipeline generation, compensation, and AI-driven productivity improvements while delivering executive-level insights and visibility into performance and risk.

Lead technical direction for global SRE initiatives, mentor engineers, design fault-tolerant and self-healing platforms, automate operations, tune Linux at scale, collaborate with Security/Networking/Platform teams, manage incidents and on-call rotations, and maintain physical and cloud systems across data centers.

Sell Zoom’s AI-powered communication and collaboration platform to named enterprise accounts across Malaysia. Build executive relationships, acquire new accounts, manage complex sales cycles and large-scale projects, develop pipelines, forecast accurately, and present strategic solutions to C-level and VP-level stakeholders. Products include video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, and employee experience solutions.

Identifies and prioritizes prospective accounts, conducts high-volume outreach through calls, email, social engagement, and video messaging, and creates qualified sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives. Engages executive decision-makers, customizes messaging, uncovers business challenges, connects prospects with Zoom solutions, and contributes to quarterly growth objectives through creative, resilient, and collaborative sales development strategies.
