Manages assigned customer accounts for a PCB manufacturing company, coordinating pricing, quotations, orders, delivery, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service. Resolves issues, supports customer meetings, develops pricing and delivery strategies, tracks sales forecasts, assists with collections, and works to grow profitable revenue and market share. The role requires communication with internal production teams and external customers while managing customer products through the plant.

Implement, install, and maintain mechanical PCB manufacturing processes (drill, lamination, plating). Develop project plans, establish operating conditions, write procedures, monitor processes, and perform FMEA/root cause analyses to resolve production issues and ensure consistent operation.

Lead a multi-discipline engineering team from concept through production transition, managing technical activities, schedules, budgets, design reviews, risk mitigation, supplier technical oversight, and engineering metrics (EV, CPI/SPI). Serve as primary engineering POC for program management, customers, manufacturing and quality, and chair the Engineering Review Board.
