任职要求：
1. 工程、化学、材料科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。硕士学历优先。
2. 至少10年PCB行业相关经验，具备高速/高频电子产品、高多层PCB、覆铜板（CCL）或PCB化学制程相关经验；有研发背景者优先。
3. 具备项目管理经验
4. 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力
5. 熟悉高多层PCB制造工艺与可制造性设计（DFM）规范
6. 了解PCB制造环节对信号完整性性能的影响
7. 具备主动沟通意识，能与同事及跨职能团队进行清晰高效的协作

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant PCB industry experience
- Experience with high-speed or high-frequency electronic products, high-multilayer PCBs, copper-clad laminate, or PCB chemical processes
- Project management experience
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
- Knowledge of high-multilayer PCB manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturability standards
- Understanding of how PCB manufacturing affects signal integrity performance
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions
- Master’s degree
- Research and development background
