Install, configure, integrate, and support TRUMPF Oseon and TruTops Boost for Smart Factory automation. Plan with customers, configure machinery for data exchange, perform upgrades, troubleshoot remotely and onsite, and provide local support in Chicago and Farmington with up to 50% travel.

Sell and manage machine tool capital equipment by generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing quotations, closing orders, and providing technical and commercial support. Maintain client relationships, report opportunities in CRM, support marketing events, liaise with regional hub and Germany HQ, and recommend product or service improvements.

Design and update custom and modular fixtures and workholding for large milling machines. Develop fixture concepts, create 3D models and 2D drawings with GD&T, produce BOMs and assembly drawings, and collaborate with CNC programmers and product development to validate performance, safety, and manufacturability.

Execute TRUMPF India's annual marketing plan across exhibitions, seminars, social media, email and PR to build brand visibility, thought leadership and pipeline. Manage trade shows, digital campaigns, website (Typo3), CRM data (SAP C4C), content creation, and stakeholder compliance with HQ. Track KPIs, maintain data hygiene, and support sales enablement.

Provide 2nd-level support, project and process improvement for Sales applications (SAP, CPQ, C4C, eCommerce). Support S/4HANA implementation, build key-user community, manage incidents/requests, deliver training, and participate in continuous improvement and global projects. Weekends on-call may be required.
