Designs, deploys, maintains, and optimizes global enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Azure, Linux, Windows Server, networking, storage, and cloud environments. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages upgrades and patching, monitors system performance and security, supports disaster recovery, maintains documentation, and contributes to infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with global IT teams and stakeholders, provides technical guidance to junior engineers, follows ITIL-based processes, participates in on-call support, and helps drive automation and continuous improvement.
