Execute distribution-center pricing strategy to support margin goals and local market strategy. Review price deviations, approvals, bids, promotions, vendor price lists, and customer pricing rationale. Manage daily sales below cost reporting, identify costing errors and margin opportunities, analyze market pricing, and provide recommendations to sales and pricing leadership. The role also performs ad hoc pricing analysis and supports pricing database activities.

Manage and grow customer accounts across an assigned territory by nurturing relationships, acquiring new business, conducting sales presentations, and providing product and pricing guidance. Collaborate with specialists, marketing, supply chain, transportation, and customer service to resolve delivery issues and support customer satisfaction. Conduct customer visits, monitor market and competitor activity, and meet sales and case-growth goals.

Schedule and sequence delivery routes using routing software; match customer orders to trucks, balance trailer loads by weight/size, build cost-effective routes, coordinate with Sales and Warehouse, maintain routing system parameters, and prepare daily routing reports.

Manage and grow a sales territory by nurturing existing accounts, prospecting new customers, delivering sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams, troubleshooting delivery issues, and conducting regular onsite visits to drive case growth and customer satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end supply chain onboarding and training for new Selectors and Drivers (first 90 days). Lead and mentor trainers, deliver classroom and on-the-job training, track 30/60/90-day performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, ensure safety and productivity, coordinate with operations and HR, and support hiring and performance processes. May travel to area markets.

Lead and grow a market-level sales organization to achieve sales and margin targets. Set territories, quotas and budgets; recruit, coach and develop sales managers; drive sales initiatives, promotions and merchandising; manage P&L, expense control and collections; ensure regulatory and policy compliance; collaborate with marketing and merchandising; represent the company to key clients and community. Requires travel and valid U.S. driver’s license.

Lead overall site management and operations for distribution centers, ensuring safety, compliance, profitability, and integration of shipping, receiving, transportation, purchasing and sales. Direct managers, enforce policies, negotiate collective bargaining agreements at union facilities, implement productivity and safety programs, and drive strategic operational goals and cost controls.

Manage and deliver onboarding and warehouse training for new Selectors and Drivers (first 90 days). Lead trainers, conduct classroom and floor instruction, observe and coach performance, track 30/60/90-day metrics, analyze training effectiveness and safety, collaborate with operations and HR, report retention/performance trends, and ensure compliance with preferred plays and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Analyzes transportation and logistics data to develop pricing proposals for sales and operations teams. Maintains customer and carrier rate databases, calculates baseline costs, monitors market pricing trends, organizes pricing requests, submits customer proposals, produces business intelligence reports, and participates in pricing discussions. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Manages customer relationships and territory sales for foodservice accounts. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding existing business, prospecting for new customers, conducting sales presentations, providing product and pricing recommendations, coordinating with internal teams, resolving delivery issues, monitoring competitors, and making regular customer site visits. The role requires driving within the assigned territory and meeting sales and growth goals.
