The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and expanding reseller relationships, driving revenue, and providing consultative sales support while working cross-functionally within the company.

Serve as first point of contact via phone and email to handle pricing, order status, inventory questions, monitor high-priority orders, provide recommendations, and support customers while collaborating with the team.

Serve as primary customer contact to grow and retain key accounts. Run full sales cycle for OrderMesh software and fulfillment solutions: prospect, demo, price, negotiate, close deals, partner with customer success for implementation, and build the revenue engine and future sales team.

Manage post-sale client accounts onsite: inventory, pricing, quoting, invoicing, reporting, production coordination, process improvements, daily client communications, and problem resolution to drive account growth and performance.

Lead UX/UI strategy and governance for an enterprise ecommerce design system. Define scalable, accessible patterns, reusable components, and documentation; collaborate with engineering to advance design-to-code workflows, improve usability, and drive adoption across brands and products.

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle PIM and Inventory solutions. Configure modules, build integrations and custom extensions, enforce data quality and governance, manage migrations, tune performance, resolve production incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical PIM deliverables and documentation.

Coordinate and manage onboarding and training for Customer Service, Prepress, and other roles. Develop and maintain training materials, track trainee progress, evaluate effectiveness, partner with SMEs and leaders, and foster continuous learning and improvement.

Drive revenue growth in the Greater Las Vegas market by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing client relationships across commercial print, signage, packaging, and marketing technologies. Build and execute account plans, manage complex sales cycles, close high-value deals, exceed targets, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with internal teams.
