Lead planning and execution of bench PVT characterisation for high-speed optical and electrical semiconductor products. Lead end-to-end chip design strategy and execution across SoC, analog, digital, verification, DFT, packaging, and test. Manage 12–20+ engineers and vertical leads, drive EDA tool adoption, oversee multiple tapeout projects, coordinate cross-vertical reviews, engage foundries and IP vendors, and report technical risks and progress to senior leadership.

Lead test architecture and strategy for mixed-signal products from early silicon validation to high-volume production. Drive DFT/testability standards, develop reusable test IP and advanced ATE methods, partner across NPI, enable transfer to OSATs, reduce test cost and cycle time, and mentor engineers while pioneering test innovations including AI/ML for yield and test optimization.

Manage quality operations in InP fabrication for high-speed optical AI applications, overseeing ISO systems, quality improvements, and supplier quality management.

Lead IC system architecture for high-speed communications: assess system requirements, map to IC functional blocks, perform circuit-level feasibility and detailed modeling, optimize power/performance/cost tradeoffs, and develop algorithms for on-chip calibration and signal conditioning.

Lead the design and optimization of RF front ends and architecture for IoT wireless solutions, contributing to advanced RF technologies.

Lead new product introduction test development for mixed-signal products, focusing on innovative test strategies, methodologies, and cross-functional support to enhance product quality and efficiency.
