As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team by writing job vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding and administrative tasks in the HR system.

Act as HR business partner for ~120 employees across multiple Dutch sites. Provide strategic and operational HR support including absence management, performance cycles, workforce planning, change management, recruitment, onboarding, people analytics, and HR system maintenance (Workday, AFAS). Support regional People & Culture projects, DE&I, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement.

Accountable for statutory accounting, tax filings, and regulatory reporting for legal entities. Ensure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS, manage VAT and corporate tax, coordinate with external service providers and auditors, support month/quarter/year-end close, implement local legislative changes, drive process improvements, and partner with Treasury, Tax, Finance Operations and business stakeholders.

The role involves locating, analyzing, and resolving equipment malfunctions, documenting maintenance activities, and contributing to process improvements.
