What will you do?
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our team throughout the entire recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to:
- Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms;
- Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates;
- Actively search for talent on different platforms;
- Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns;
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues;
- Participate in career fairs;
- Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday);
- Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.

What are we looking for?
- You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field;
- You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented;
- You have good command of Dutch & English;
- You are passionate about recruitment and connecting people;
- Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).
