Senior global leader responsible for strategy, architecture, and delivery of analytics and AI platform engineering. Lead global teams across regions to build scalable, secure, modular AI/ML platforms (ML/LLM Ops, IaC, cloud, GPU/TPU/FPGA), enforce engineering standards, manage vendors, ensure observability, resilience, FinOps, and regulatory compliance to accelerate analytics and Generative/Agentic AI adoption.

Owns enterprise-wide Agent Operating Procedure knowledge capability for AI-driven automation. Standardizes and converts processes into structured, machine-readable assets and knowledge graph representations. Leads SME knowledge elicitation, process simplification, governance, quality controls, lifecycle management, and stakeholder adoption. Partners with product, engineering, AI, and business teams to enable scalable agentic workflows, improve implementation speed, reduce duplication, and ensure auditability, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency across Global Delivery.

Leads Level 3 escalation support for complex CRIMS technical, functional, and operational issues. Performs advanced troubleshooting across logs, databases, configurations, integrations, performance, and infrastructure; conducts root-cause analysis, recreates defects, designs workarounds, and escalates actionable findings to Product Engineering and QA. Leads critical incidents, supports hotfixes, improves monitoring and runbooks, manages a local support team, and supports new-product operational readiness. Periodic off-hours support is required.

Leads Depositary operations, regulatory oversight, risk management, client relationships, team development, and process improvements. Reviews fund structures, onboarding assessments, service providers, breaches, policies, and governance documentation. Supports audits, inspections, due diligence, board meetings, regulatory change initiatives, strategic projects, resource planning, and management reporting while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with UCITS, AIFMD, and Depositary requirements.

Lead APAC shareholder services and client trading operations, manage a geographically distributed team, ensure regulatory and control compliance, drive operational resilience, transformation, automation, and stakeholder alignment with global SHS standards.

Perform and review daily client file-delivery checks, investigate discrepancies, monitor processes and communications, escalate issues, and support issue resolution. Maintain procedures, collaborate with colleagues and managers, suggest process improvements, and guide less experienced team members. Contribute to team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives within State Street Alpha’s investment servicing environment.

Support global data operations to ensure timely, high-quality client data delivery; produce metrics; perform root-cause analysis; support testing and post-production transitions; collaborate on product enhancements and global process improvements.

Lead secured financing operations for repo/reverse repo: manage confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, collateral/netting validation, monitor failed trades, support triparty/FICC/bilateral transactions, track wires and TMPG claims, and drive risk/control and operational efficiency across global stakeholders.

Leads client-facing State Street Alpha implementation programs, overseeing planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, governance, change control, and delivery. Partners with executives, clients, PMOs, product owners, and cross-functional teams to implement front-, middle-, and back-office investment solutions. Supports global custody product development across transactions, payments, and settlements. Responsibilities include analyzing product changes, developing business cases, managing dependencies, supporting product roadmaps, coordinating Technology and Operations delivery, ensuring regulatory and policy alignment, monitoring risks and governance, gathering market intelligence, and presenting updates to senior management. The role combines product design and development, business analysis, and limited market and client engagement.
