Provide technical support for SOTI software products in a global 24/7 environment. Investigate and reproduce customer issues, troubleshoot MDM, Windows, networking, server, directory, Exchange, and certificate-related problems, and collaborate with internal teams through resolution. The role requires strong customer communication, documentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on expertise in mobile device management and network diagnostics.

Manages quality assurance for complex web-based and mobile software products. Plans release testing, defines performance and security measures, leads functional and automation teams, drives regression automation, coordinates test execution across Agile projects, identifies quality gaps, provides technical training, and reports product quality metrics to leadership.

Provide Level 3 technical support for SOTI software across 24x7 shifts: investigate and reproduce customer issues using various devices/virtual servers, collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, and maintain clear documentation and customer communication to improve experience.

Manages strategic customer and partner relationships to drive profitable sales growth. Serves as the primary customer contact, develops trusted advisor relationships, forecasts account metrics, identifies territory opportunities, coordinates internal resources, supports issue escalations, and sells through partner organizations. Requires high-tech sales or channel marketing experience, enterprise mobility market knowledge, quota attainment, negotiation skills, fluent English and Spanish, and travel across Latin America.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and own complex software modules. Ensure code quality, performance, security, efficiency, and testability through design reviews and code reviews. Provide technical leadership, contribute to CI/CD and automation, introduce new technologies and processes, collaborate with product and QA teams, and mentor or train junior engineers.

Owns new business development in Japan, focusing on winning enterprise and government customers. Manages the full sales cycle, develops executive relationships, builds partner pipelines with hardware vendors, ISVs, and system integrators, communicates SOTI’s value proposition, forecasts account metrics, and coordinates internal resources to achieve sales and partner targets.

Manage and grow mid-market partner and customer accounts through channel sales, strategic mutual plans, prospecting, retention, and relationship development. Train partners on the SOTI ONE Platform, identify new OEM and resale opportunities, conduct executive presentations and business reviews, coordinate internal support resources, resolve escalated issues, and achieve assigned sales and strategic objectives. The role also requires maintaining industry knowledge and improving sales tools and processes.

Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance management, organizational change, employment law compliance, HR programs, exits, and culture initiatives. Collaborate with Legal on contracts and policies, guide junior HR team members, improve processes, support employer branding, and contribute to learning, talent acquisition, and change management projects.

Recruit new VARs, system integrators, MSPs, distributors, and resellers across Southern Europe. Own partner acquisition from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, onboarding, enablement, and growth. Develop joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing, and sales enablement programs to generate pipeline and revenue. Monitor partner performance, build executive relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership. Frequent territory travel is required.

Manage and grow customer and partner accounts through prospecting, product demonstrations, ROI assessments, pipeline management, forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and complex sales negotiations. Lead customer proof-of-concepts, partner training, escalations, licensing coordination, territory planning, and marketing campaigns. Represent SOTI at industry events while collaborating with sales, support, legal, licensing, and marketing teams.
