Processes hourly and salaried payrolls for U.S. and Canadian operations across multiple companies, states, and pay cycles. Conducts payroll audits, supports SOX compliance, researches regulations, resolves pay issues, manages garnishments, and investigates recurring errors. The role also contributes to Workday process optimization, corrective actions, confidential information distribution, and payroll improvement projects.

Leads HR strategy and operations in Mexico, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, HR metrics, and workplace culture. Maintain, troubleshoot, install, and improve plant electrical equipment, PLCs, control systems, instrumentation, and machinery. The role plans equipment upgrades, develops maintenance schedules, performs risk assessments, supports commissioning, designs circuit diagrams, writes PLC programs, and leads reliability and safety improvements. It also mentors electrical personnel, coordinates contractors and suppliers, and ensures compliance with electrical, safety, food safety, GMP, and environmental requirements.
