Design and implement the robot abstraction layer, middleware wiring (ROS 2 / OROCOS /Apex.OS), operational state machines, mode/power sequences, watchdog/fault management, health monitoring, gRPC API server and proto messages, and platform integration tests in simulation and on real hardware.

Own and develop real-time embedded Linux OS, kernel, and BSP for robotic platforms. Work on Yocto board bring-up, kernel patching/tuning, WCET analysis, RT memory management, device trees and drivers, safety integration at kernel level, build/flash/test automation, and documentation. Collaborate across hardware, communications, simulation, and safety stakeholders to ensure deterministic, maintainable platforms.

Define and own system-level requirements, architectures, interfaces, and integration for human-robot systems. Drive verification, validation, certification strategies, support system integration through prototype-to-production, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, AI, and perception domains.

Design and run employee development programs, advise employees and managers on career paths, support performance and onboarding processes, analyze HR metrics, and collaborate with leadership to build a learning-oriented company culture.

Create and maintain standards‑compliant technical documentation and modular XML content (Quanos ST4); build and operate Docs‑as‑Code workflows (Git, Markdown, reStructuredText, CI/CD); produce code‑related docs (APIs, interfaces) using Sphinx/Doxygen/Breathe; harmonize ST4 content with developer toolchains; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support translation/localization.

Design, build, and operate docs-as-code toolchains and content delivery platforms. Implement automated Sphinx/Doxygen pipelines, integrate structured content (Quanos Schema ST4/XML) with developer workflows, and enable multichannel publishing (HTML5, PDF, WebHelp) while collaborating with software, robotics, and product teams.
