Define and maintain functional safety architecture for human-robot systems. Lead hazard and risk analyses (HARA, FMEA/FMEDA, FTA), produce safety cases and requirements, ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, collaborate across HW/SW/control teams, support certification and audits, and evolve safety methods for AI-based perception and autonomous behaviors.

Lead functional safety strategy and governance for human-robot products. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, support certification and audits, and coordinate across HW, embedded SW, controls, and certification teams to implement safety requirements.

Manage and grow a team of 18–22 robotics software engineers focusing on career development, performance management, hiring, wellbeing, and cross-team advocacy. Run trigger-based promotions, address performance issues early, own end-to-end hiring and onboarding, partner with Staff Engineers for technical leadership, and represent team needs in director-level planning.

Lead development of reinforcement learning and behavior cloning for humanoid robots, improving training-to-deployment pipelines, driving sim-to-real transfer, integrating algorithms with controls, hardware, and perception teams, and evaluating performance via experiments and simulations.

Validate robot arm software end-to-end, author and run automated and manual tests, build BDD/Selenium-based test suites integrated into CI/CD, collaborate with robotics/firmware/safety engineers, and maintain test documentation and traceability.

Support product and project management across the product lifecycle: prepare meeting notes and action items, contribute to product development and industrialization, ensure quality and regulatory adherence, optimize processes and tools, document technical topics, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and own smaller projects independently.

Deliver API-focused Python training and hands-on support, develop and maintain demo applications and reference projects using the NeuraPy AI API, and teach application-level AI workflows. Guide trainees through programming exercises, adapt demos to customer scenarios, and keep training materials practical and aligned with real-world API usage.
