Prepare, validate, and deliver export documentation tailored to country requirements; coordinate with logistics, shipping, and operations; respond to customer inquiries; maintain records for audits; identify gaps and support process improvements.

Lead Pernod Ricard’s Off Premise National Chains business, developing and executing customer, channel, and portfolio strategies. Drive volume, revenue, profit, distribution, and execution excellence while managing P&L, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Build executive retailer and distributor relationships, lead a large national account sales organization, coach talent, and implement growth, transformation, and performance management routines.
