} Work with Transformation & Business Acceleration AD to conduct internal communications with different sales BUs and different regional sales teams to introduce the new WS management mechanism design
2. New wholesaler management mechanism implementation

} Work closely with different sales BUs, regional sales teams and cross-functional teams to prepare for the implementation of new wholesaler management mechanism. Major tasks include:
- Formulate customized strategic goals for different wholesalers together with different sales BUs and regional sales teams.
- Conduct internal dry-run testing/simulation of new wholesaler management mechanism to validate the new mechanism & financial impact before officially launching the new mechanism.
- Build a 360-degree profile / intelligence for existing wholesalers.
- Set up wholesaler recruitment criteria and internal process.
- Work together with HR team to provide trainings of new wholesaler management mechanism to internal sales BUs and regional sales teams.
- Coordinate with other functional teams in HQ and sales BUs and regional teams to provide services and trainings to wholesalers.
