The Senior Principal Product Manager will oversee the roadmap for the Enterprise TruRisk Management platform, focusing on risk prioritization and AI-driven workflows. This role requires hands-on leadership in product development and collaboration with engineering teams.

Design, develop, and support scalable endpoint security solutions (runtime security, EPP/anti-malware, telemetry, threat detection). Design, prototype, build and operate Qualys' next-generation scalable SaaS data platform and middleware. Drive architecture, performance, availability and security for microservices processing 100M+ transactions/day. Lead POCs, production rollouts, day-1/day-2 operations, client SDKs, cloud migrations, and collaborate across engineering, product and ops to deliver resilient, cost-effective solutions.

Provide world-class technical support for Qualys Cloud Agent via phone, email, and WebEx. Triage and resolve customer issues, collaborate with Development/QA/Operations, perform network and host troubleshooting, use Splunk for log analysis, and escalate complex problems. Maintain customer relationships and document resolutions in support systems.

Provide world-class technical support for security applications on a SaaS platform: resolve global customer and partner issues via phone/email/Teams, collaborate with Dev/QA and cross-functional teams, act as technical escalation point, troubleshoot networking, OS and security issues, and contribute to high customer satisfaction in a secure environment.
