Responsibilities
Demonstrate technical expertise understanding of functional HR processes to act as primary authority and owner for Workday configuration within your defined area(s) of responsibility defining and shaping the business process architecture .
Work closely with HR on projects, priorities and day to day operational support.
Work collaboratively with users, management and stakeholders to review new processes and improve existing business processes. Understand & interpret business needs and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solutions.
Work directly with stakeholders/customers/business to confirm technical/business requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
Work Independent functional projects as a reporting subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of the data set for each reporting project
Must have Workday Configuration in the following areas: HCM/Compensation/Absence/Recruitment/Security/Report/EIBs.
Stay abreast of new functionality and implement enhancements that support the delivery of HR services
Provide Workday training to support users’ roles and strengthen the organization’s ability to use Workday effectively and efficiently
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience with HCM and other functional areas including Compensation, Absence and Time Off, Recruiting, Security and Reporting in Workday.
Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Workday integrations/Workday studio experience is desired
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)
