Provide PLC and PC-based controls support for optical fiber manufacturing: develop and maintain PLC programs, troubleshoot production issues, support equipment commissioning, ensure program backups, and follow safety and environmental standards.

Manage collections and credit for assigned customers by phone/email/visit, reconcile accounts, apply payments (COP and USD), generate collection forecasts, lead portfolio committees, negotiate payment agreements, and ensure timely portfolio quality and payment processing.

Prepare region consolidated financial reports, analyze variances, identify issues and design solutions. Manage region fixed cost budget, track and control. Lead annual budget preparation for working capital and balance sheet items. Create and monitor reporting SOPs, manage cross-functional projects (e.g., HSE cost policy), act as HQ reporting focal point, and handle ad hoc assignments.
