The Plant Controller leads plant financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost standards, inventory oversight, capital budgeting, reporting, monthly close, and audit support. Maintain ERP/MRP planning data, monitor production and supply chain performance metrics, identify risks and capacity gaps, and drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional planning meetings and communicate schedule changes and recovery plans.

Lead deployment, adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work-instruction platform across approximately 30 North American manufacturing facilities. Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leaders to standardize work instructions, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish governance. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.
