Your role

You will bring together the team working as the central hub for internal and external communication from both a content production perspective, as well as a channel perspective.

Your activities

  • You will have the responsibility for the channel plan of Prysmian from a corporate perspective, and working in close collaboration with the business units, countries & marketing departments for the best commercial strategy
  • Building a coherent and innovative content strategy for both corporate and where relevant, in partnership with business units, countries and marketing departments, for commercial solutions 
  • You will coordinate the activities of the content, media & channel area of the Communication & Marketing department - with a clear ownership of planning and delivery of key projects (channel upgrades) and content production
  • Support the growth of the press office activity, seeking new areas to expand the reach of Prysmian’s relevance with key stakeholders in the journalistic sphere beyond the traditional approach and outlets
  • You will Prepare and position Prysmian in the best possible position for the next generation of search and media functionalities, driven by AI
  • You will Support the development of AI tools to simplify communication flows within Prysmian, in close cooperation with IT & HR
  • Responsible for budget allocation to media channels.
  • You will be responsible for reporting of communication activities of Prysmian for top management & with the countries - establishing a culture of KPI driven channel & content management at global and local level.
  • Support the roll out of the global style guidelines across functions.
  • Revive and accelerate relevant social media activity to engage employees, as well as other relevant stakeholders 
  • You will support in the production of press releases and archiving system for press materials

Who you are

  • You have extensive experience of managing channels for a publicly listed company.
  • Creativity in reaching new audiences & exploring innovative content ideas
  • You have had the experience and managed projects of bringing competency as much as possible in-house
  • You speak fluently English and Italian and you matured international experience

What we offer

  • Type of contract: Permanent  Full time
  • Location: Milan
  • Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
  • Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.  
  • Gross annual salary no less than: € 65.000
  • The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
