The Engineering Process Director leads enterprise product development and engineering processes, focusing on governance, strategy, and team development. They ensure alignment between PLM and ERP systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead design, integration, validation and implementation of the international B2B portal and ERP integrations. Produce functional specs, support developers, define and run tests including UAT, troubleshoot production issues, perform configurations, and support release planning and product roadmaps.

Serve as the functional owner for SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay, leading functional design, fit-to-standard workshops, SAP configuration, integrations, master data ownership, testing, deployment, and post-go-live enablement across procurement, supplier and warehouse integrations.
