The Senior Manager will also focus on talent development, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing operations.

Responsible for maintaining equipment, validating processes, managing technical communication for products, designing and optimizing new product processes, and overseeing assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets.
