Purpose Statement: The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the human resources function in a site or business unit. They will also gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry, infrastructure and business during the assignment. The assignment could support one or more functions within the human resources function.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Work closely with and assist in providing administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks as ell as assist in accomplishing long-term projects.
- Work closely with HR team in functional areas such as: talent acquisition, learning and development and employee relations.
- Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of a Human Resources leader and/or HR staff.
- Manage special projects as assigned and present Internship results to leadership.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field for entire duration of internship.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Assist with special TA projects
Provide administrative support to Sr
Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
Provide on-ground support during different Talent Acquisition and company events, video shooting, annual dinner, company sports day and employer brand party
Desired experience for talent acquisition intern includes:
Meet and greet candidates to ensure exceptional interview experience
Sit in on interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge
Pre-screen candidates as needed for recruiters (asking for samples/portfolios, etc) and upload info in database
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
