Lead engineering strategy and operations across Test, Industrial, Process, Automation, and Product Engineering. Establish standards, drive process capability and equipment qualification, monitor KPIs (Takt Time), manage escalations, and develop engineering talent to ensure quality, cost and delivery commitments to global customers.

Provide technical support for applications, systems, networks and infrastructure. Install, configure and maintain systems; investigate and resolve incidents and minor security events; design system components and produce design specifications; automate tasks with scripting; support around-the-clock monitoring; develop and test incident management procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Optimize and improve manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement. Develop manufacturing solutions, use SPC and measurement tools, produce project documentation, work independently in at least one process phase, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and safety.

Lead global demand management and planning processes, develop and deploy best practices, metrics, SOPs and training, support regional supply chain teams in designing optimal strategies, and coach/manage staff to improve customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Support and optimize manufacturing processes by maintaining equipment, validating processes, designing process improvements, creating technical documentation, and meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets. Use statistical analysis and SPC tools, collaborate cross-discipline, and mentor within technical specialty areas.

Lead the Customer Focus Team and manage day-to-day customer relationships, driving delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and negotiations. Use operational cost, quality, and financial metrics to identify risks and improvements, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and develop team capability and succession planning when managing direct reports.

Supports Program Managers and the Customer Focus Team with tactical program activities, customer order and RMA management, billing and credit note tasks, performance data analysis and reporting, and day-to-day customer engagement to drive issue resolution and maintain delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Perform engineering design services across the product realization process. Develop innovative, cost-appropriate product concepts meeting stakeholder requirements. Work independently through multiple product phases, support proposal development, communicate technical matters with internal and external customers, and mentor or lead team members as applicable while upholding company core values.

Lead strategy and deployment of automation and digital manufacturing across six Americas sites. Define roadmaps for robotics, machine vision, MES/PLM integration and AI-enabled smart factory initiatives. Manage a regional engineering team, prioritize technology investments, standardize architectures and support NPI to improve safety, quality, productivity and scalability. Partner with Operations, IT, Quality and Supply Chain to realize business value and enable multi-site rollouts.

Provide process engineering expertise across manufacturing: optimize production for efficiency and quality, support new product introductions, train teams, ensure manufacturability, maintain technical documentation, and apply statistical process control.
