The role of the pladis Category Management team is to help our retail customers and so pladis to grow sales of snacking products through the provision of industry-leading shopper, retailer, and market insights. This role specifically focuses on developing and implementing plans that deliver category growth for specific product categories for a major retailer. The role involves building strong customer relationships and developing category growth plans in collaboration with the Category Controller/Category Manager.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the pladis UK Sales agenda across high-profile accounts and supporting the Wholesale Controller in delivering the business agenda across the channel. Key responsibilities include building relationships, creating account plans, implementing sales initiatives, forecasting targets, leading the growth agenda, and evaluating promotional efficiency.
