The National Account Manager will develop partnerships with key accounts to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and analyze performance while ensuring brand visibility.

Manage trade marketing and commercial execution across online and offline channels: promotional planning, visual merchandising, retailer sell-in, e-commerce asset adaptation, digital campaign coordination, KPI performance tracking, and budget monitoring to grow omnichannel sales.

Lead market and consumer analysis for the beauty sector, track trends and competitors, analyze consumer behavior, build and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations, and collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven recommendations for product, inventory, pricing, and marketing.

Manage day-to-day warehouse and 3PL operations to ensure on-time, in-full product supply. Oversee returns, consignment and special stock, conduct cycle counts and annual stocktakes, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement in inventory and fulfillment processes.

Develop and implement local omni-channel marketing and digital strategies for dermocosmetic brands, align with sales teams, monitor performance, manage budgets and KPIs, and provide local market feedback to global brand strategy.
