Provides first-line managed services support for client IT infrastructure. Monitors systems, investigates and resolves low-complexity incidents, handles ITSM tickets and client communications, performs patching and configuration changes, maintains knowledge articles, supports projects and disaster recovery testing, and escalates issues when necessary. The role requires work across multiple technology domains while maintaining service levels, effective handovers, and a positive client experience.

Sustains and administers production AWS environments, ensuring availability, stability, security, and performance. Performs advanced Linux and cloud troubleshooting, monitoring, incident and change management, patching, hardening, automation, log analysis, capacity optimization, and technical documentation. The role also involves client and internal-team collaboration, operational improvements, and on-call coverage.

Develops scalable data models, ETL pipelines, database schemas, data migrations, and transformation documentation.
