Buscamos uma pessoa analista senior com experiência em sustentação de ambientes Cloud AWS, administração de sistemas operacionais Linux e atuação em operações críticas de infraestrutura. O profissional será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e evolução dos ambientes dos clientes, atuando em incidentes, mudanças, troubleshooting avançado e melhoria contínua dos serviços.
Horário de atuação: 14h às 22h50, segunda a sexta com escalas de sobreaviso.
Formato: Remoto
Quais serão suas responsabilidades?
- Atuar na sustentação e administração de ambientes AWS em produção.
- Realizar troubleshooting avançado em sistemas Linux e componentes de infraestrutura cloud.
- Monitorar a saúde dos ambientes, garantindo disponibilidade e performance dos serviços.
- Executar atividades relacionadas a incidentes, problemas, mudanças e requisições de serviço.
- Administrar serviços AWS como EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, Route 53, EBS, ELB, S3 e serviços correlatos.
- Apoiar atividades de patching, hardening, automação e otimização operacional.
- Atuar na análise de logs, performance, capacidade e segurança dos ambientes.
- Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e runbooks.
- Participar de reuniões técnicas com clientes e equipes internas para tratamento de demandas operacionais e melhorias.
O que esperamos que você possua?
- Experiência comprovada em sustentação de ambientes AWS.
- Conhecimento sólido em administração de sistemas operacionais Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu ou similares).
- Experiência com serviços AWS, incluindo: EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, EBS, S3, CloudWatch
- Conhecimento em troubleshooting de redes, DNS, armazenamento e conectividade.
- Experiência com análise de logs e resolução de incidentes em ambiente produtivo.
- Vivência em ambientes corporativos com processos ITIL.
- Capacidade de elaboração de documentação técnica e interação com clientes.
Como você pode se destacar?
- Experiência com AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
- Conhecimentos em serviços gerenciados AWS como RDS, FSx e EKS.
- Certificações AWS (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate ou SysOps Administrator).
- Experiência com monitoramento através de CloudWatch, Zabbix, Dynatrace ou ferramentas similares.
- Inglês técnico para leitura e troubleshooting.

Skills Required
- Proven experience supporting AWS cloud environments
- Strong Linux systems administration experience, including Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, or similar
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, EBS, S3, and CloudWatch
- Knowledge of network, DNS, storage, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience analyzing logs and resolving incidents in production environments
- Experience working in corporate environments using ITIL processes
- Ability to create technical documentation and interact with clients
- Experience with AWS Systems Manager
- Knowledge of managed AWS services such as RDS, FSx, and EKS
- AWS certification such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or SysOps Administrator
