Provide L2/L3 operational support for an enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Azure services. Maintain platform health, monitoring, security, governance, capacity, and cost control; troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues; manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, and environments; validate operational readiness; support CI/CD and automation; and create runbooks, dashboards, documentation, and continual service improvements.

Design, develop, customise and support Aderant finance systems and integrations. Build forms, rules, workflows, SQL queries, stored procedures and ETL pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, perform UAT, provide second/third-line support, troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.

Lead EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra) as Product Owner: manage team, stakeholder and vendor relationships, translate finance requirements into backlog and technical specs, oversee application support, releases, integrations, change control, and continuous improvement to meet finance and accounting operational needs.

Support and maintain the EMEA finance system (Aderant Sierra); provide user support and resolve data issues; monitor and cleanse master data; source and prepare data using SQL; enforce data governance and permissions; work with IT, third-party support and finance stakeholders to implement improvements.

Provide day-to-day application support for EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra, Aderant Expert, iTimekeep, BillBlast), troubleshoot issues, run SQL scripts/stored procedures, support users, work with IT/third-party providers, perform systems administration, assist month/year-end routines, and drive system/process improvements through analysis, testing and implementation.

Support and maintain EMEA finance systems (Aderant Sierra): handle user queries, monitor and remediate data quality, perform data acquisition/preparation with SQL, manage database and API syncs, enforce data governance, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Lead day-to-day operations and governance of HR systems (Workday, viDesktop), ensuring stability, data integrity, release discipline, testing, intake and issue management. Coordinate across HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage incidents, drive root-cause remediation, maintain documentation and controls, and provide operational leadership to the HRIS team.
