Process end-to-end payroll for assigned populations ensuring accuracy, compliance with payroll/tax regulations and SOX controls. Convert algorithms (FIR, FFT, arctan) from software models to Verilog, integrate communication protocols, develop testbenches, perform hardware/software integration, and support manufacturing and field debugging.

Lead multi-site procurement strategy across U.S. and EMEA, deliver cost savings, mitigate tariffs and landed costs, support NPI sourcing, manage supplier performance, improve ERP/analytics-driven processes (Oracle EBS, Power BI), and develop a cross-site procurement team.
