The IT Manager, Development and Integration at Nordson is responsible for strategic leadership, solution delivery, digital transformation, talent management, and performance monitoring and reporting in the IT organization. They collaborate with stakeholders to define technology solutions, ensure quality and timely delivery of IT solutions, drive digital transformation initiatives, manage a team of IT professionals, and establish KPIs for performance monitoring.

Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts, provides financial reports, collaborates with various business areas, and suggests process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and knowledge of ERP systems.

Design and implement software for automated inspection systems, support and maintain existing machine software, interface with customers to gather requirements, mentor other developers, stay updated on latest software trends, and more.
