Provide worldwide technical support for customers designing with NXP NFC, RFID, and security devices. Build and support scalable digital verification infrastructure, regression systems, CI/CD flows, EDA automation, and verification methodologies for ASIC/SoC development. Troubleshoot simulation, coverage, debug, compute-farm, and tool issues; optimize performance; support EDA tool integrations and evaluations; collaborate with design and verification teams; guide users on tools and best practices; and maintain documentation and support processes.

Own strategic accounts in Industrial and Smart City segments: identify projects, propose NXP-based solutions, drive negotiations and design wins, coordinate cross-functional teams, support customers through product development, and grow sales within assigned accounts.

Research and prototype AI/ML methods (GenAI, RL, GNNs, CNNs, LLMs) applied to VLSI CAD to automate ASIC/SoC design and implementation. Collaborate with academia and cross-functional teams to evaluate and pilot automation on real designs, improving power, performance, area, and quality.

Lead GTM strategy and business development for robotics and edge-AI markets in the Americas. Identify use cases, win design-ins, cultivate ecosystem partners, influence product roadmaps, enable field teams, manage stakeholders, track opportunities, and drive multi-year revenue growth and design wins.

Lead architecture and implementation of digital subsystems for Automotive Ethernet PHYs. Define micro-architecture, develop RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), drive digital front-end flows (lint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, STA), collaborate with mixed-signal and firmware teams, perform system partitioning, support bring-up/compliance testing, and ensure ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100 functional-safety compliance.

Serve as technical lead for customer integrations of digital wallet and credential solutions. Provide guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinate with product, engineering and sales, monitor project risks, create documentation, and run technical workshops and trainings.
